Payment Information

Full payment is required for registration.  We accept check, Visa, MasterCard, and cash

Annual Family Administrative Fee: $35.00

This is a flat $35.00 fee which is due upon initial registration and on your anniversary date.  The fee helps cover the administrative costs incurred in running the programs we offer.  In addition, the fee also entitles all family members to Previous Student Status if their registration status is current.

How to Find Us

We are located at 333 Academy DR, Corrales, NM 87048   Next door to Corrales Furniture and West of Sandia View Academy. (Click here for a Google Maps Link)

Entering Corrales from Alameda:  You will go 5 miles North (about 10 minutes) through the town of Corrales. Turn West at Sandia View Academy and follow Academy Dr west to our parking lot on the left.

At Rio Gymnastics Center LLC we are proud to back up the programs that we offer with a 100% money back guarantee.  If within the first two weeks of any term you are unhappy about any class we will withdraw your child from the class and cheerfully refund 100% of your tuition and registration fee if you are new to our program.  If your family is not new to our program, we will extend a credit for 100% of the unused portion of your tuition towards another class or to a future class.  You must notify us in writing with in the first two weeks of the term.

Student Status

Current Students (To stay in your current class)

You must pay tuition in order to register for class. As long as you register for class by the Priority Due Date (PDD), you are guaranteed a place in your current class. We do not assume that you will want to register for the same class again. Should you want to change class day, time or level simply register by the PDD in order to gain priority over new students who are registering.
We post signs to remind you two weeks before the beginning of each new term. Students have two full weeks to register for class and pay tuition before the PDD. We are aware that firm deadlines seem harsh, but the alternative is worse... overbooked classes.

New Students

Full payment is required for registration.

Absences and Make-ups

The tuition that you pay covers your child's spot in your child's class. As a courtesy, Rio Gymnastics offers one make-up class per session as long as the make-up does not disrupt the quality of class for other students. You must register in advance and the make-up must be scheduled within the current session. Failure to cancel a scheduled make-up 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the make-up.

What Does My Child Wear?

For safety reasons, we ask the following:

Gym Monkeys and Pre Team 1 and 2 Classes

* Comfortable clothing with NO zippers, snaps, or  buttons.
* Long hair must be tied up in a low pony tail
*No Socks or tights that cover your feet.
*No leotards with skirts
*No baggy pants or sweats
*No skorts.
*Any shirt must be long enough to be tucked in.
*No Jewelry(small post earrings are ok).

Pre Team 3 and Levels 4-7

*all of the above applies

*You will be asked to purchase a practice leotard which will be worn for class times.
